I am making jewelry with sterling silver and gold mostly in 10K or 14K or 18K.

Most of the precious metals that i use to construct the jewelry are recycled!

Recycled precious metals are from previous made jewelry or precious objects that had purified from other metals and can be reused.

This way there is no need to pollute our environment by mining new precious metals!

I am using a variety of rough and faceted precious and semiprecious gemstones.

All stones are genuine natural Earth mined and most of them untreated unless the customer needs something else.

The gemstones that i use are ethically sourced and complied with international laws and directives of gemstone sourcing!

Refunds will not be issued if the returned items are opened or in used condition or altered or damaged in any way and also if the returning shipping and packaging method is different than previous mentioned.
If the customer claims that he or she has received a damaged product and requests a repair or a return and refund then the product must always returned to me for examination and if there is no alteration or damage from misuse I will refund the shipping cost for returning the product to me and send a new one or refund it depending of the customer request. I can not take any responsibility if your item lost or stolen by your local post service, airport, customs etc, once your order has entered your country!

Care and Cleaning of your jewelry:

Remove jewelry before: swimming, sleeping, using chemicals (e.g. cleaning the house/dishes/laundry), applying beauty products, bathing, engaging in vigorous activity (e.g. gardening/exercising), etc.

It is very important that you keep it dry (never bathe or spray perfume on your jewelry, chemical reactions with chlorine and other elements such as sweat & perspiration can lead to tarnishing). With gold filled metals or any gold plated metals humidity is the enemy, if possible try to seal and store in air-tight plastic baggie (never keep your jewelry in the bathroom).

Apply makeup and hairspray before putting on your jewelry, they may contain harsh chemicals.
